Piecemeal basis:
We can discuss an hourly rate consolidated rate for any activity throughout a particular period, along with a turn around period for executing an activity. Generally, this type of engagement is used by the clients who have seasonal requirements.
Dedicated resources:
For a long-term engagement model, a dedicated resource is allocated for execution of the work. This suits for the clients who have a regular and year-round requirement. This shall help the client with a feel of an extended team which is not onshore, however available for discussion whenever required. This activity can have consolidated rates based on the efforts required for a type of activity. In some cases, if its required an hourly rate can also be discussed.
Outsourced IP function:
In these cases, the organizations can look forward to going lean, and completely outsource the whole IP activity of the organization to us. We work out various policies to be followed by the client, for generating an impressive IP portfolio, and further enforcing and commercializing the portfolio. Here, we provide for Point of Contacts for various IP functions who can be reachable by any of the employees within the organization, whether it is marketing team, legal team, the research team, engineering team, product development team, sales team, or any other team which required support or guidance from us. As this engagement model requires a composite effort, we can discuss a composite model based on activities to be conducted, consulting hours to be involved, and training efforts required. Through this engagement model, the client has an opportunity to have a strong IP function, without any extensive cost involved.
