The principal IP attorney of Singhwal Techlaw has graduated from the top Technical and legal institutes of the Country and leverages his unique experiences of a former in-house patent counsel to a large international corporation and five years into his entrepreneurial venture to help clients enforce, protect, and develop IP and to develop other strategies that are aligned with our business objectives. The members of the team are admitted to practice before the Indian Patent and Trademark Office. This unique conjunction of diversified multi-disciplinary education, knowledge of IP laws across jurisdictions, the experience of working in-house in an MNC and experience of having worked with Law firms handling contentious and non-contentious IP and legal matters empowers the team like none other. The team is trained in Indian, US and European Intellectual property laws. The team is well versed in patent prosecution proceedings and possesses superior drafting skills in conformity with the practices of the USPTO and EPO. They counsel clients in patent matters with a focus on the strategic development and procurement of patent portfolios protecting mechanical, life sciences, electronic and software-related technology.
