How We Support You for US Patent Filing and Prosecution?

We offer two models for carrying out US Patent Filing and Prosecution:

 

Model 1. We draft the application and file at USPTO through Pro Se Inventor route without involving a US Patent Attorney. We do the hand holding for entire US prosecution by filing responses to the office action once an application is filed. We also conduct prior art search and give technical opinions. 


By choosing this model, you may save substantial prosecution cost. However, in certain scenario, when a US Patent Attorney is to be brought on records, same can be done anytime during the prosecution of application.

Model 2. We conclude all the drafting and pass the application to our US associate (who charges substantially less that regular US patent attorneys) and that associate files the application and handles the communications. We also handle the examination reports so that the costs of US attorney is reduced wherever as much as possible.
